BRE and the BBSA have joined together to organise a fascinating workshop being held at BRE in June 2018.
The programme has expert speakers and has been designed to examine the issues designers and consultants face relating to overheating buildings, light and glare control and occupant health and wellbeing. The workshop will identify how solar shading can help designers and engineers to achieve a productive, healthy and energy efficient building.
The BBSA have supported the BRE in the organising this exciting event which will bring together some of the leading international experts in the solar shading industry to talk about topical subjects such as how to obtain the design data for shading performance, architectural integration, dynamic control, shading and ventilation and the latest products being used in the blind & shutter industry.
As part of the conference BRE will also be launching their exciting and newly updated publications ‘Solar shading of buildings’, ‘Retrofitting solar shading’ and ‘Control of solar shading’.
